Białostockie Studia Prawnicze (Bialystok Legal Studies) is an open-access, double blind peer-reviewed quarterly, with an international editorial office and extensive international editorial board, published by the Faculty of Law of the University of Bialystok (Poland). Launched in 2006 and initially circulated in print, from 2021 the journal is published solely electronically, in an effort to preserve the environment.
