<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>This case report details the clinical picture of a renal transplant recipient infected with community acquired Legionella pneumonia. While it is more commonly associated as a nosocomial infection due to pathogenic organisms in a hospital’s water supply, this case serves as a reminder to consider the patient’s impaired cellular immune function when trying to diagnose community acquired pneumonia.</p></abstract>
