The use of the pressuremeter test to determine soil parameters has been the subject of several empirical, analytical, and numerical studies. These studies are based on the parameters taken directly from the conventional pressuremeter curve, which are often affected by the boring quality, the soil remoulding, and the induced disturbances during installation. So, the reflection to integrate an unloadingreloading portion during the test becomes necessary. The present work deals with a numerical analysis of the cyclic pressuremeter test using the FLAC 2D calculation code and taking into account the Soft Soil Hardening model (SS). An identification of soil parameters using the conventional pressuremeter curve is performed, focusing on two parameters, the shear modulus and the undrained cohesion. The obtained parameters are then used to analyze the cyclic pressuremeter test. A comparison between experimental and numerical results shows that the cyclic pressuremeter test can be another means of identifying of soil parameters and allows gaining valuable information on the cyclic behaviour of the soil.
