The nutritional situation of the elderly is closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases. How to reduce the damage of surgery, and improve the postoperative survival rate and quality of life in malnourished elderly patients is very important. Through the elderly malnutrition perioperative risk factors analysis, we make strategies for risk factors of perioperative-related prevention, from preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative management of patients, to improve the patient’s life.
