The paper aims to study the dynamic behavior of an elastic mechanical system without damping consisting of two masses m1 and m2 mounted on a cantilever beam subjected to bending and supported on two helical compression springs, or the influence of the dynamic mass absorber m2 on the pulsation characteristics of the forced bending vibrations of the mass electric motor m1. Using the MATHCAD professional program, the influence of the mounting method of the dynamic absorber on the elastic system's own pulsations can be determined.
