This paper uses multivariate data chain incremental control to distribute Confucian aesthetic thought data information through a Poisson process to evaluate the initial data set according to changing business volume change dynamics. A time-slot teaching distribution algorithm is employed to transform the time-slot teaching problem using a slow additive incremental approach to increase the amount of Confucian aesthetics information access. The results show that the average error of teaching Civics under the multi-data chain network is 9.7 ns, and 69% of students think that college Civics incorporates many Confucian aesthetic ideas. The good integration of Confucian aesthetic thought with college curriculum Civics has certain practical significance for tapping Confucian thought and can open up new paths for college ideological and political education work.
