Culture, as an invisible force for advancing social progress and development, has extraordinary significance and is constructive in the type of person people’s philosophy and politics inculcate. Here, the improved K-means algorithm and Top-K mining algorithm are used to study philosophy and politics inculcated function of campus culture and its realization path. Firstly, the basic algorithm processes of the K-means algorithm and Top-K mining algorithm are introduced, and the improvements of these two algorithms are made, respectively.
