Research on Paths and Countermeasures of Artificial Intelligence to Boost the Development of Russian Language Teachers in Colleges and Universities

The arrival of the age of intelligence has accelerated the transformation of education and teaching and the role of teachers. The study takes the artificial intelligence era as the background, takes the development of Russian language teachers in colleges and universities as the research object, uses structural equation modeling, starts from the influencing factors of the development of Russian language teachers, and deeply explores the influencing paths of artificial intelligence to boost the development of Russian language teachers. Meanwhile, taking the analysis of teachers’ behaviors as an entry point, Ward clustering and improved K-means clustering methods are used to explore the application of artificial intelligence in the development of Russian language teachers, and corresponding countermeasures are formulated with the research analysis. The study verified the role of AI factors in promoting the development of Russian language teachers in colleges and universities, with an impact level of 0.456. Sample Russian language teachers were categorized into four types: low-involvement (68.33%), management-oriented (16.67%), interaction-oriented (11.67%), and evaluation-oriented (3.33%), which can provide a reference for teachers’ pedagogical adjustments. The study recommends improving teachers’ AI literacy, sorting out teachers’ confidence in human-computer collaboration, and building a lifelong learning resource base to promote high-quality development of Russian-speaking teachers for education in the smart era.
