China is a large agricultural country. At present, there are more than 800 million people engaged in agriculture and related industries. If agriculture cannot develop, it will not be able to improve the living standards of farmers, and then affect the stability of the whole society. It can be said that agriculture is the fundamental and economic foundation of our country. With the development of information technology, it is widely used in all walks of life, agricultural management is no exception, the use of this technology is conducive to the monitoring and management of crop growth, can promote agricultural production efficiency, improve yield [1]. In recent years, informatization has become an important driving force to promote rural revitalization and agricultural modernization. The wide application of information technology in agricultural and forestry management not only improves the efficiency of resource utilization, but also improves the efficiency of production management, market supervision and policy formulation. With the rapid development of digital technology, the informationization of agricultural and forestry economic management has become one of the key factors to promote rural revitalization. Through the information system, agricultural production can achieve precise management, promote the efficient operation of the industrial chain, and enhance the level of productivity [2]. However, although informatization has made some progress in some areas, the overall promotion still faces problems such as lagging management mode, asymmetric information and insufficient application of technology. How to overcome these obstacles and promote the further development of agricultural and forestry economic management informatization has become a key challenge in the current strategy of rural revitalization.
Under the social informationization, facing the complex and changeable environment under the new economic situation, if we continue to adopt the traditional management mode for agriculture, it will not only be unable to cope with the current economic environment, but also seriously affect the smooth development of agricultural management [3]. The introduction of information technology, theory and equipment into the management of agriculture, comprehensive management, can quickly access to agriculture-related information and data, and information processing, to facilitate the smooth development of the latter part of the management. Agricultural management informationization is mainly carried out from the following aspects, such as agricultural resources, daily office, market supervision, government affairs, production and so on [4]. Agricultural resources are rich in species, involving animal and plant populations, freshwater, woodland, arable land and so on. With the help of information promotion, these resources can be effectively developed and protected. Daily office informationization can standardize and electronically present the work content of the agricultural sector. In the work of the staff, the examination and approval, processing and service of various work contents are more efficient, the quality is more reliable, and the work process is smoother and more convenient. In agricultural management, market supervision is an important part of agricultural management [5]. With the help of information technology, it can supervise and manage the quality of agricultural products, production information and market conditions. At the same time, the content of agriculture is more complex, with the help of information management, we can achieve the prevention and control of agricultural diseases and insect pests, meteorological disasters and other content.
Forestry information technology is the application of modern information technology in the field of forestry, the core of which is to use advanced technical means to collect, process, analyze and apply data of forest resources. Through these technical means, the efficiency and scientificity of forest resources management can be improved, and the fine management of forest ecosystem can be realized. Forestry information technology mainly includes remote sensing technology, geographic information system (GIS), database technology and Internet of Things technology. The comprehensive application of these technologies provides strong technical support for the monitoring, protection and sustainable utilization of forest resources. Remote sensing technology can quickly and accurately obtain a wide range of forest resources information by remote detection of the earth's surface through satellites or aircraft [6]. Using remote sensing technology, we can monitor the change of forest area, the distribution of tree species, the health of forest and so on. For example, according to the statistics of China's forestry department, the application of GIS technology in forestry is mainly reflected in the spatial analysis of forest resources, forest management planning and ecological environment evaluation through remote sensing technology monitoring. Through GIS technology, forest resources can be managed precisely, and the scientificity and operability of forest management can be improved. For example, by using GIS technology, the spatial database of forest resources can be established, the information of forest resources can be updated in real time, and the accurate data support can be provided for forestry management departments [7]. According to statistics, the State Forestry Administration of China has established a forest resources monitoring system covering the whole country by using GIS technology, which has realized the dynamic monitoring and management of the national forest resources.
The informationization of daily management of agriculture and forestry in rural areas is the basis of promoting the informationization of forestry management. The informatization of daily management covers all aspects of daily management [8]. According to the current daily management content of forestry in rural areas, through the application of information technology, the unified planning and coordination of daily management can be realized. Through scientific and standardized information management means, the forestry management can be monitored and coordinated comprehensively, and the innovation and upgrading of management can be guided. It regards informationization, integration, virtualization and knowledge production, application and perfection as the goal of management, and carries out all-round management informationization transformation. The informationization of daily management has really realized the modernization of forestry management [9]. The information technology of deep integration of multi-disciplines has brought new management concepts and means to forestry management, which plays a key role in the development of forestry in China. At the same time, it upholds the guiding principle of sustainable development and keeps the forestry management mode with the times. Promote the modernization of forestry management in rural areas. The study shows that information construction plays an important role in the modernization of forestry management. The basic architecture of informationization in agricultural and forestry economic management is shown in Figure 1.

Basic architecture of informationization in agricultural and forestry economic management
The supervision of agricultural and forestry resources is an important part of the work of forestry management departments in rural areas of China. Through the informationization construction of forestry management in rural areas, the informationization of forestry resources supervision in rural areas has been realized [10]. China's forestry resources management foundation is weak, management means are relatively backward, and supervision efficiency is low. The application of information management mode has changed the original mode of traditional manual supervision, and ensured the timely, scientific, standardized and accurate supervision data while improving the efficiency of supervision in an all-round way [11]. Supported by the powerful data of information technology, it completely liberates the manual labor and provides the necessary data for the supervision and scientific decision-making of forestry resources. Data visualization is only an important tool in the current development of science and technology, and it has shown strong application value in all walks of life. In the field of smart forestry, data visualization has played a unique role, providing effective support and solutions for forestry management and ecological protection. Through the construction of forestry data visualization platform, managers can monitor environmental data, species migration paths and other information in real time, so as to better understand the balance and change of the ecosystem [12]. This provides a reliable scientific basis for the formulation of scientific and rational ecological protection policies, and helps to maintain and promote ecological balance. At the same time, data visualization also makes it easier for the public to understand and participate in forestry protection, enhance environmental awareness through interactive maps, virtual forest experience and other forms, and actively participate in public welfare activities such as afforestation. The overall architecture of digital forest protection is shown in Figure 2.

Informatization of agricultural technology extension services has also played an important role in improving the efficiency of agricultural and forestry management. The trend of gross output value of agriculture and forestry also reflects the positive impact of informatization on resource management. The informationization of agricultural and forestry economic management has greatly improved the efficiency of agricultural and forestry decision-making by integrating and analyzing a large number of data [13]. Managers can quickly access key information such as market dynamics, climate change and pests and diseases, so as to make more accurate and scientific planting and management decisions. This data-based decision-making method helps to reduce uncertainty and improve the efficiency of resource utilization, thereby increasing the output value of agriculture and forestry. Informatization can strengthen the links between agriculture and forestry and upstream and downstream industries, improve the operational efficiency of the entire industrial chain, reduce costs and increase added value through the optimization of supply chain management [14]. This synergistic effect helps to enhance the competitiveness and output value of the whole agriculture and forestry industry. Informatization contributes to the sustainable development of agriculture and forestry. Through the implementation of environmental monitoring and ecological protection measures, the ecological environment can be protected and improved, and the win-win of economic and ecological benefits can be achieved [15]. This sustainable development model will help to improve the output value of agriculture and forestry in the long run, while protecting natural resources and laying a solid foundation for future development. As shown in Figure 3, the total output value of agriculture and forestry showed a steady growth trend from 2019 to 2023. The introduction of information management mode has improved the efficiency of supervision to a certain extent, promoted the effective utilization of agricultural and forestry resources and industrial development, and provided strong support for rural revitalization.

Informatization is of great significance in narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, promoting the integration of urban and rural development, and promoting the development of rural modernization [16]. It will become an important force to comprehensively promote rural revitalization, promote the modernization of rural economy and society, and achieve the goal of common prosperity. The biggest obstacle to the development of rural areas is the lack of information in rural areas and the backward awareness of rural residents. Informatization enables rural residents to use mobile Internet equipment terminals to obtain agricultural information in time through the Internet, and to carry out new agricultural technology and new application learning through the Internet platform, which improves the ability of rural residents to receive information and use information to guide agricultural production and life. As shown in Figure 1, the overall reference framework of digital rural construction covers rural infrastructure, digital rural support hub, digital application scenarios and other aspects [17]. Through this framework, the two-way information flow channel between rural and urban areas is constructed by means of informatization, which effectively shortens the communication distance between urban and rural areas, narrows the information gap between urban and rural areas, and effectively promotes the integration of urban and rural development. Sensing technology and Internet of Things technology provide effective means to obtain agricultural production data information such as temperature, light, moisture, nutrients, etc. Big data can effectively collect and collate meteorological data, soil data, hydrogeological data, etc. For scientific analysis of agricultural production [18]. Artificial intelligence technology can effectively rely on expert database data, combined with agricultural production soil, climate and other basic data, temperature, light, moisture, nutrients and other process data in the process of production management, put forward scientific and reasonable management and protection decision-making suggestions to help improve the quality of agricultural products; Intelligent logistics and rural e-commerce platforms provide convenient ways for the sale of agricultural products and effectively help agricultural products break the restrictions of rural areas. Information technology has become a factor of agricultural production, and information and knowledge have become new agricultural resources, realizing the automation and intellectualization of agricultural production, promoting the transformation of agricultural production mode and reshaping agricultural production and life [19]. The basic architecture of the digital rural platform is shwon in Figure 4.

Basic architecture of the digital rural platform
For a long time, the development goal of China's agriculture has been based on grain, and the success or failure of agricultural work has been measured by the amount of grain production. All aspects of China's agricultural work have been actively carried out around the promotion of grain production. Of course, this way of work has made outstanding contributions to ensuring China's grain production for a long time. In the face of the world food crisis, our government seems to be able to do well, because our country usually pays attention to the production and reserve of grain and has its own unique ability to manage [20]. However, with the advent of the information age, the competition in the market is becoming more and more fierce. Although China can guarantee the grain production, it has encountered some new problems in the process of grain sales. These problems have led many farmers to store a large amount of grain and can not sell it, resulting in the overstock of grain and eventually corruption [21]. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the agricultural management mode and agricultural concept of our country can not keep up with the rapid development of the information age, the traditional agricultural management mode has led to the occurrence of the balance between supply and demand, and from the actual survey results, China is still facing the structural shortage of food supply at this stage. This has greatly affected the stability of China's grain market and damaged the fundamental interests of relevant agricultural producers. Because of the actual characteristics of China's rural areas, it has been dominated by small-scale peasant economy for thousands of years. The essence of small-scale peasant economy is a kind of self-sufficient economy. Agricultural producers depend on the weather for food, work at sunrise and rest at sunset. Because of the characteristics of crops, and the growth cycle is mostly about a year, if the planting is wrong, it will bring huge economic losses to farmers, and it is easy to cause farmers to lose enthusiasm in the following farming. The fundamental reason for this phenomenon is that the majority of agricultural producers lack correct information guidance, can not timely understand the dynamics of related products, blindly choose to follow others, thus at a disadvantage in the fierce market competition. We often see the problem of insufficient or excessive supply of products in the news, which greatly endangers the fundamental interests of the relevant agricultural producers.
Our country has a lot of arable land and is a large agricultural country in the traditional sense, which makes our agricultural productivity very strong. Every year, our country will overfulfill the production of many agricultural products, which also ensures the basic stability of the prices of related agricultural products [22]. However, the majority of agricultural producers seldom understand the needs of the consumer market, and can not timely and accurately understand the changes in the working relationship of crops planted in the international market, so it is impossible to know the real needs of consumers. With the continuous improvement of living standards, consumers at home and abroad are no longer satisfied with the basic needs of food and clothing, and put forward higher requirements for the quality of agricultural products, and the corresponding prices of agricultural products will rise to a certain extent with the requirements of consumers. However, due to the traditional agricultural management mode of our country, agricultural information is relatively blocked, and many agricultural producers have taken measures to plant high-value crops, thus losing a lot of profits [23]. A considerable number of agricultural producers can not change the direction of planting according to the market situation, resulting in a surplus of some agricultural products and a shortage of some agricultural products, which has caused significant economic losses to agricultural producers and wasted valuable agricultural resources. The untimely information of agricultural products work is due to the reasons of agricultural and animal husbandry producers themselves, as well as the lack of effective guidance from relevant departments. For example, with the rapid development of rural e-commerce, there are differences in the proportion of online sales of agricultural products in different regions.
In recent years, China has gradually increased its investment in rural forestry development at the grass-roots level, and has given necessary preferences in terms of policies, funds and manpower. But generally speaking, in promoting the construction of forestry management informatization in rural areas, the awareness of forestry management informatization needs to be improved urgently. Some rural forestry authorities and institutions still have misunderstandings about the construction of forestry informatization, and the construction of management informatization has not been put on the important work agenda [24]. In some areas, some leading cadres still follow the traditional management thinking and means, and lack a clear understanding of the significance and role of forestry management informatization. It can not meet the needs of the development of the situation. The lack of understanding of some grass-roots departments, especially leading cadres, has become a direct obstacle to the construction of forestry management informatization in the vast rural areas. In the existing forestry management information construction in rural areas, the related information technology directly applied to management needs to be further improved. The key point is that the precise prediction and monitoring technology in forestry management needs to be strengthened urgently, and the phenomenon of insufficient application still exists. In the aspects of forest disaster prediction, ecosystem monitoring, forest cultivation and forest resource information management, which are more and more dependent on information technology, there is still a certain gap between China's prediction, monitoring and testing standards and those of the international community, which directly results in the lack of rigorous scientific decision-making in the process of forestry management and affects the quality and effectiveness of the overall forestry management. For example: Agricultural product quality and safety traceability information is an important part of the construction of smart agriculture.
Under the new normal economic situation, with the implementation of supply-side reform, the state's investment in forestry management in rural areas has been relatively reduced. Forestry management informatization construction in rural areas is an obvious capital-intensive project. Lacking the necessary financial support, the informatization construction of forestry management in rural areas cannot be effectively guaranteed, which directly affects the integration and development of informatization construction, which is very unfavorable for the realization of long-term sustainable development of forestry in China [25]. Because of the problem of funds, many projects under construction and expected construction will be directly affected. Therefore, we must change this situation and increase the financial support and investment in the construction of forestry management informatization from the strategic point of view of long-term development to ensure the smooth progress of informatization construction. To realize the intensive and specialized development of forestry is the general policy and goal of the informatization construction of forestry management in rural areas [26]. In the face of this development trend, the serious shortage of professionals has become a problem that can not be ignored in the construction of forestry management informatization in rural areas. Personnel training is related to the overall quality and effect of forestry management informatization construction in rural areas, the vast rural areas are remote, difficult conditions, serious shortage of personnel training, the existing management personnel can not fully meet the requirements of professional quality and skills of forestry management informatization. The shortage of forestry management informatization talents needs to be paid great attention to to ensure the improvement of the quality of forestry management informatization construction professionals in rural areas and the stability of the team.
To ensure the smooth progress of agricultural economic management, we must have a sound agricultural infrastructure, which is a necessary prerequisite. Therefore, the government should pay more attention to innovation and analyze the relationship between the investment in agricultural infrastructure and the development of agricultural economy, so as to invest important resources such as human and financial resources. In addition, the government should attach importance to and make full use of policy support means, focus on the construction and improvement of agricultural infrastructure, and upgrade the relevant supporting facilities accordingly, in order to further strengthen the overall level of agricultural infrastructure.
In this process, the introduction of intelligent equipment has become an important measure to improve the level of agricultural infrastructure. For example, the intelligent pest forecasting lamp (as shown in Figure 5) uses the response of insects to light to attract and kill insects, and uploads the pest situation through wireless transmission technology to help farmers understand the type, quantity and distribution of pests in time. The spore capture analyzer can automatically capture pathogen spores, take photos and upload them to the platform, which is convenient for users to view and analyze remotely [27]. The emergence of these intelligent devices has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of pest and disease provention and control, and provided strong support for agricultural economic management.

Application of IoT devices in the field of agriculture
Perfect agricultural infrastructure is only one aspect, and agricultural economic management personnel with innovative ideas are also a very important part of the force. Promoting agricultural economic management to gradually adapt to the new background is bound to be inseparable from a team of management personnel with strong professional quality and technical literacy. Therefore, we should pay attention to the professional training of agricultural economic management personnel, not only to constantly learn the theoretical content of agricultural economic management, but also to pay attention to the application of management practice and methods to increase experience. On the one hand, we should fully tap the internal resources of rural areas, pay attention to the selection and training of local agricultural managers, and build a high-quality and capable management team. On the other hand, we should also pay full attention to the directional talent training plan of colleges and universities in urban areas, actively introduce talents for rural areas, and continuously input impetus for the development of agricultural economic management. Faced with the shortage of agricultural information management talents in China, relevant departments should issue relevant support documents and benefits, increase investment in resources and funds, and provide a high-quality environment for the residence and development of talents. In actively carrying out the construction of talent team, we should attach importance to the training of basic agricultural related personnel, strengthen their learning of information technology knowledge, so that they can not only have high quality and agricultural professional knowledge, but also understand the relevant theory and practice of information management. In addition, it is necessary to build a talent promotion and evaluation system to attract professional talents to participate in the development of agricultural management informatization. Finally, intellectuals in higher education are the driving force for the development of agricultural management informatization, and local departments can learn from village officials and other ways to increase related welfare, so that talents can join the agricultural construction.
Under the background of rural revitalization, agricultural economic management is facing higher challenges and a lot of opportunities. From the current situation of agricultural economic management, we can give full play to its technical advantages in specific management practice, so as to improve management efficiency and production efficiency. For example, the construction of agricultural economic information management system, the collection and integration of various information and data, so as to achieve openness and fairness in the process of data processing, thus showing a favorable trend of resource sharing and data integration, to ensure that the potential value of data is fully tapped. At the same time, an important part of information technology is to combine with ecommerce platform to promote special agricultural products through live broadcasting and online sales, so as to help farmers sell to all parts of the country, broaden channels and expand sales.
In this process, the construction of five major regulatory systems has become a key link. The system covers many aspects, such as agricultural production, agricultural product quality, agricultural resources and environment, agricultural market and agricultural policy, and achieves all-round and multi-level supervision by means of information technology. For example, in the field of agricultural production, the Internet of Things technology is used to monitor the crop growth environment in real time and optimize the agricultural production process; in the field of agricultural product quality, blockchain technology is used to ensure the improvement of the traceability system of agricultural products and enhance consumer confidence; in the field of agricultural resources and environment, remote sensing technology is used to monitor land use and protect the agricultural ecological environment. In the field of agricultural market, we should use big data analysis to predict market trends and guide farmers to plant scientifically. In the field of agricultural policy, the rapid transmission and implementation of policy information can be realized through the information platform to ensure the maximization of policy effect.
As the forestry management departments and leaders in rural areas, they should attach great importance to the construction of forestry management informatization, stand at the height of development and strategy, and deeply understand and understand the positive role and significance of the construction of forestry management informatization. In the process of construction, we should enhance the awareness of information management, firmly establish the concept of information development, put information construction on an important work agenda, actively participate in the construction of forestry management informatization, make overall planning, formulate practical long-term planning and strategic layout of forestry management informatization construction, and actively coordinate and solve the problems encountered in the construction of informatization.
The role of agricultural and forestry economic management informationization in promoting rural revitalization can not be ignored. Through the application of information technology, the management efficiency of agriculture and forestry can be effectively improved, and the scientific utilization and modernization of resources can be promoted. However, there are still some challenges in the implementation process of agricultural and forestry economic management informatization, including the lag of management concept, the poor transmission of information, and the insufficient application of technology. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to increase policy support, capital investment and personnel training, promote the wide application of information technology in agricultural and forestry economic management, and promote the smooth implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
