With the further enhancement of China’s economic level, many prefabricated concrete facilities are planned continuously, and the demand for inspection and maintenance of prefabricated concrete construction facilities and equipment is increasing rapidly. In particular, on the premise that the total number of bridges in China ranks first in the world, the daily maintenance task is extremely severe, which is far from keeping up with the speed of construction. Among them, size utility fracture is a common pest in prefabricated concrete system. At this stage, the most important fracture detection method only stays in the human resource detection stage, with high cost, low subjective detection efficiency, and difficult to ensuring the safety of detection staff. Therefore, according to the intelligent system of image processing technology and the automation technology, the size effect fracture detection system software was born at the right time, and has become a hot topic in the detection industry at this stage. Aiming at this problem, this paper studies the whole process of size effect fracture of fabricated concrete according to the relevant methods of digital image processing, analyzes the whole process of fracture expansion of fabricated concrete, and calculates and expounds the size effect of fabricated concrete fracture under the premise of linear fitting analysis of the end of the obtained bearing capacity fracture opening offset curve.
