Dengue RNA was detected in the cellular compartment of mobilized bone marrow-derived hematopoietic stem cells by RT-nested PCR targeting the dengue envelope region. The RT-nested PCR products were separated on 2% agarose gels along with the DNA marker indicated on the left side in base pairs (M).
