Coronal fractures of the anterior teeth are a common form of dental injury. Reattachment of fractured tooth fragments using dental adhesive techniques offers some advantages, including restoration of the function, aesthetics, shape, texture, and brightness of the surface. The present report describes a clinical case of partial pulpotomy by the Cvek technique and reattachment with a 10-year clinical and radiographic follow-up in permanent maxillary central incisors with complicated crown fractures.
