Clopidogrel®75 mg daily p.o for 6 to 12 months
Aspirin®75 mg daily p.o
Simvastatin®40 mg daily p.o
Carvedilol®3.125 mg twice daily p.o
Enalapril®2.5mg twice daily p.o
Spironolactone®12.5 mg daily p.o
Eloctate (rFVIIIFc)®50 IU/kg intravenously every 3 days
