The Smart Travel Planner concept for an optimal travel choice, supported by a Personalized Internet Portal, has to promote the sustainable urban mobility. STP is an important tool for Sustainable Urban Transport Decalogue’s implementation that is intended to result in lower emissions, better health and lower investment costs in the road infrastructure.
