The Journal of Automation, Mobile Robotics and Intelligent Systems (JAMRIS) is a international quarterly, peer-reviewed open-access journal that publishes high-quality, state-of-the-art research articles and position papers. The journal focuses on the theory, design, and application of broadly perceived intelligent technologies, particularly those rooted in artificial intelligence and computational intelligence. Contributions should address scientific and engineering challenges using innovative, intelligent approaches.

Open Access Policy
JAMRIS is an open-access journal, which means that all content is freely available to users without charge. Readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided proper attribution is given. No subscription or registration is required.
As of June 1, 2025, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) of 200 EUR applies to articles submitted for publication. This fee covers the costs of editorial processing, online hosting, and long-term archiving. Articles submitted before this date are exempt from any publication fees.
Publishing and Archiving
JAMRIS has been published continuously since 2007, in both print and electronic formats, by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP, based in Warsaw, Poland from 2021 from cooperation with SCIENDO.
All published content is digitally preserved by Portico, ensuring long-term accessibility and security of the scholarly record.
