Plagiarism Policy

The editorial board is participating in a growing community of Similarity Check System's users in order to ensure that the content published is original and trustworthy. Similarity Check is a medium that allows for comprehensive manuscripts screening, aimed to eliminate plagiarism and provide a high standard and quality peer-review process.

Polish Government Financial Support

Foundations of Management benefits from the support of the Polish State Treasury under the Development of Scientific Journals (RCN) program. Project: RCN/SP/0311/2021/1, implemented during 2023-2024. Total project value: PLN 70,000. Co-funding from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education: PLN 70,000.
The project aims at supporting FoM in the implementation of its development strategy. Project objectives:

  • enhancing the quality of published scientific articles
  • strengthening the international visibility and citation impact of the JEM journal;
  • developing tools and processes to ensure the journal is published in line with the highest international standards.

Main activities:

  • improving the organization of the editorial office;
  • promotion of scientific articles and the journal;
  • use of an advanced information system to support workflow management.
