Folia Musei rerum naturalium Bohemiae occidentalis - Geologica et Paleobiologica is an journal publishing original research papers, regionally oriented, review articles, longer contributions focused on palaeoenvironmental geology, systematic palaeontology, stratigraphy, sedimentology, palaeogeography, palaeoecology, and palaeoclimatology. Long data rich manuscripts as well as short informative manuscripts are accepted. Survey of primary data sets, measurements, etc. useful for subsequent analyses are also welcome. All papers are subject to peer review, and acceptance is based on quality alone.
