Cite

Kawasaki disease is a vasculitis, usually diagnosed in childhood, for which reason treatment should be started as early as possible, to avoid complications. We present the case of a 37-year-old man with anterior chest pain, with coronary character, without known cardiovascular risk factors, and who, following investigations, is directed to emergency angio-coronarography due to acute coronary syndrome. Here, we highlight the characteristic coronary dilations for Kawasaki disease. It is released in very good general condition, with proper treatment.
