As global energy demand rises and environmental regulations tighten, optimizing coal-fired power plants is essential. This study develops a hybrid dynamic model combining mechanism and data-driven approaches to address coal mill pulverizing challenges. An optimized control strategy, incorporating feedforward coal moisture fluctuation and feedback inlet primary air temperature, is proposed to improve transient performance. The strategy also enhances cold and hot air damper control logic. Simulation results show a 48% reduction in outlet air temperature fluctuations and a 2% reduction in pulverizing energy consumption, providing valuable insights for improving efficiency and stability in coal-fired power plants.
