<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>The forest fire effect on the leached chernozem results in the organic matter loss and the decrease in content of alkali-hydrolysed nitrogen compounds. The content of ash components as well as mobile forms of Cu and Zn in the topsoil has increased. It can be connected with the ashes appearing in the soil surface, which are rich in microelements.</p></abstract>

The forest fire effect on the leached chernozem results in the organic matter loss and the decrease in content of alkali-hydrolysed nitrogen compounds. The content of ash components as well as mobile forms of Cu and Zn in the topsoil has increased. It can be connected with the ashes appearing in the soil surface, which are rich in microelements.
