Visualization of Events Using Various Kinds of Synchronized Data for the Border Guard
Seitenbereich: 5 - 13
Zusammenfassung
STRADAR project is dedicated to streaming real-time data in a distributed dispatcher and teleinformation system of the Border Guard. The Events Visualization Post is a software designed for simultaneous visualization of data of different types in BG headquarters. The software allows the operator to visualize files, images, SMS, SDS, video, audio, and current or archival data on naval situation on digital maps. All the visualized data can be synchronized in time.

Analysis of Hydrometeorological Conditions in the South Baltic Sea During the Stormy Weather on 27th November, 2016
Seitenbereich: 15 - 30
Zusammenfassung
The paper presents results of research concerning hydrological and meteorological conditions during the stormy weather on 27th November, 2016 in the South Baltic Sea and over the Polish coast. The wind which occurred the South Baltic Sea at that time reached the force of 7 Beaufort degree and in gusts 8 to 9 Beaufort degree. The south part of the Baltic Sea was affected by the low pressure system (981 hPa) which the centre was situated in South Finland and Northwest Russia. Some destroys were observed on the Polish coast line and in ports of the Gdansk Bay. The analysis is concerned on the wind force, the wind direction, the atmospheric pressure and the sea water level in some places of the Polish coast line and especially in the Gdansk Bay.

The Voice Interface Implementation in the Prototype of a Mobile Computer-Aided Aircraft Technical Support System
Seitenbereich: 31 - 37
Zusammenfassung
The article concerns the use of computer support systems for technical support in the difficult conditions. The term difficult conditions should be understood as such conditions, in which an operation is carried out in a specific location, impeding or preventing the use of the computer. In such cases, computers integrated with operators’ working clothes (wearable computers) should be used, with which the communication takes place using voice. This article shows the attempt to resolve the problem of voice communications in a portable system to handle aircraft M-28.

An Evasive Manoeuvre, Automatically Controlled to Avoid the One of a Group of Many Obstacles Moving in a Vicinity of Flying Airplane
Seitenbereich: 39 - 49
Zusammenfassung
Detection of a collision threat and an appropriate decision on passing by an obstacle are necessary for solving the problem of collision avoidance in case of aircraft motion within the airspace. In the article a method for detecting a threat of collision with the obstacle is presented for the case of many moving objects appearing within the neighbourhood of the aircraft. The analysis of an algorithm for making a preliminary decision on avoiding a collision with more than one moving obstacle was carried out. The shape of a class of evasive trajectories was proposed, and its reliability was proved. Numerical simulations of flight were completed for the considered type of aircraft in aforementioned conditions. The scope of these simulations covered all phases of obstacle avoiding manoeuvre, including a return to a straight-line part of flight trajectory pre-planned before the start.

The Control of Anti -Aircraft Missile Flight Path in Atmospheric Disturbances
Seitenbereich: 51 - 60
Zusammenfassung
The control of homing surface-to-air short-range anti-aircraft missile takes place in the atmosphere, in which there are different types of atmospheric disturbances such as: turbulence, gust and wind shear. The atmospheric disturbances is generated with the Dryden power spectral density model. This paper presents a method for control of flying objects such as anti-aircraft missile moving in a disturbed environment. The method of proportional navigation will be applied for the guidance of missile on the ground target. The research will include the analysis of influence of atmospherics on the hitting the target accuracy, the shape of the flight path and the values of generated control forces. Numerical research will be carried out with use of Matlab/Simulink software. Obtained results will be presented in the graphical form.

New Proposal Concerned with Displaying Underwater Vehicle Parameters
Seitenbereich: 61 - 74
Zusammenfassung
The article presents a proposal, based on an analysis of the software used for displaying parameters of two underwater vehicles, for extending display applications by using the Lab View environment. The purpose of the solution presented is to uniform data displays transmitted from underwater vehicles, used by operators to operate these vehicles as well as consider the possibility for extending the software offered by producers of vehicles by new elements facilitating evaluation of the vehicle’s condition and the effect of the environment on this condition when the vehicle is being operated.

The Potential Underwater Rescue Scenario in Incident Defined by Divesmart Project
Seitenbereich: 75 - 96
Zusammenfassung
This article is one of the series dedicated to the DiveSMART project conducted to better coordination of international underwater rescue operations in the Baltic Sea. The project DiveSMART Baltic has received Flagship status. The article is the second from planned cycle of articles referring tasks realised in the Naval Academy in frame of DiveSMART project. It describes a potential scenario of an action carried out in order to determine which of the existing resources should be applied during underwater search and rescue operations. This subject is connected to the work package two ‘Determine what resources should be in the database’ of the DiveSMART project: Identify different platforms and vessels that the modules could be used on, the adjustment of the transport and rescue modules to these platforms and vessels.

Concept of a Marine Remote Controlled Artillery -Missile System
Seitenbereich: 97 - 107
Zusammenfassung
This paper presents general assumptions and concept, block diagram of the operation principle as well as control algorithm of a short range Marine Remote Controlled Artillery-Missile System (MZSSAR). Its main purpose is to combat low-flying manoeuvring air targets. In relation to existing set ‘Wróbel II’, an additional opportunity of autonomous search, detection, identification, tracking and effective target combat will appear. An increase of combat capabilities of a modified set, including in particular operation speed and range of target detection, will be possible.

Metzler Cyclic Electric Systems
Seitenbereich: 109 - 118
Zusammenfassung
In applications we meet with positive (nonnegative) systems. A system generated by a linear differential equation with a Metzler-matrix is called a nonnegative system. The paper shows the basic dynamic properties of nonnegative continuous-time systems. Considered was the example of an oscillating electrical circuit with a cyclic Metzler-matrix, enabling the correct physical interpretations.
