The development of future military leaders requires a comprehensive approach that integrates both academic and military training, alongside essential skills such as time management. This study investigates the impact of time management abilities on the academic performance of military students, with a focus on their ability to set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities. Given the high demands and dynamic nature of military academic programs, effective time management is crucial for balancing academic, physical, and training requirements. Moreover, the research emphasizes the role of time management in fostering leadership qualities and improving overall performance. Findings suggest that time management abilities are a significant predictor of academic success, highlighting their importance in preparing future military leaders for complex challenges.
