<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p> The article describes the main indicators of the functional safety systems, which are related to the safety of technological processes. There is also an evaluated example in accordance with the recommendations of the standards IEC61508 and IEC 61511. In this paper, we analyzed their dependence on the organization of maintenance and diagnosis of these systems.</p></abstract>
