<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>A total of 80 specimens of three species of lacertid <italic>Podarcis muralis</italic> (39)<italic>, Podarcis siculus</italic> (18) and <italic>Ophisops elegans</italic> (23) from Bursa were examined for helminths. One species of Digenea, <italic>Plagiorchis elegans</italic>, 1 species of Cestoda, <italic>Mesocestoides</italic> sp. (tetrathyridium); and 3 species of Nematoda, <italic>Skrjabinodon medinae, Spauligodon saxicolae</italic> and <italic>Skrjabinelazia hoffmanni</italic> were found. The helminths reported in this study are generalist helminths that infect a number of lizards.</p></abstract>
