<p>The dynamics of drug release from polymeric structures are presented in the context of the Scale Relativity Theory, by using a fractal Fokker-Planck type equation, isometry by inversion of fractal coordinates (spatial and temporal coordinates of fractal type) is shown, which can describe different nonlinear processes implied in drug release dynamics.</p>
