<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>The interplay between groups and graphs have been the most famous and productive area of algebraic graph theory. In this paper, we introduce and study the graphs whose vertex set is group <italic>G</italic> such that two distinct vertices <italic>a</italic> and <italic>b</italic> having di erent orders are adjacent provided that <italic>o</italic>(<italic>a</italic>) divides <italic>o</italic>(<italic>b</italic>) or <italic>o</italic>(<italic>b</italic>) divides <italic>o</italic>(<italic>a</italic>).</p></abstract>
