Human Resource Information Sharing and Management in Business Administration Environment Combined with Blockchain Technology

Shared processing of human resource information is an important part of enterprise management. However, the traditional management system does not guarantee the rapid transmission of human resource information. In this paper, we construct enterprise human resource information sharing management system. Firstly, we determine the layout of Spring framework and process relevant resource information with the help of shared server equipment, so as to complete the module division of enterprise human resource information sharing system. Aiming at the problems such as the communication overhead of Practical Byzantine Factorization (PBFT) is too large and the credibility of nodes cannot be guaranteed, DTBFT algorithm is proposed in combination with the C4.5 decision tree algorithm, and the credibility point mechanism is introduced to guarantee the credibility of nodes. Comparing PBFT and this paper’s algorithm on a9a, SUSY, HIGGS and other datasets, it is found that the average time of transaction of this paper’s algorithm is slightly lower than that of PBFT consensus algorithm in the case of the same block size. When the time interval is 40s, the highest throughput of blockchain system of this paper’s algorithm is more than 12000 blocks ahead of PBFT algorithm. The research proposes new ideas and methods for enterprise human resource management informatization.
