Digital technology has also been applied to interior design. This paper aims to study the means and technology of commercial environment space design under digital media technology. First, this paper thoroughly analyzes the word embedding and differential algorithm and optimizes the differential algorithm. Secondly, based on the above algorithm, puts forward an environment space layout design system, and tested the system, the specific conclusion is as follows: (1) based on the interactive genetic algorithm, build the corresponding design framework, and combine with the relevant rules design constraint function and the spatial factors corresponding to genetic coding model, and introduces the algorithm design process in detail. (2) Precision of individual building segments means that the precision of one segment is predicted in the order of building type information. Suppose there is a mistake in the forecast of a building block. In that case, the forecast result of the building segment will be regarded as incorrect and be 0. (3) Based on four experiments, it was found that the mean precision was 89.75% for single-layout model, 73.48% for the entire building section, and 98.60% for the individual layout model with no text embedding layer. The mean precision for the entire building section was 92.16%. (4) From two aspects, it puts forward the solution of an integrated strategy and spatial grade resolution strategy, comprehensively analyzes the strategies and specific methods of the spatial form design of contemporary public buildings, sorts out the internal causes of the transformation of spatial form design, and establishes the identification degree of the spatial form of public buildings.
