<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">A Recently, Ghorbani et. al. introduced the eccentric versions of first and second Zagreb indices called third and fourth Zagreb indices defined as<italic>M</italic>3 (<italic>G</italic>) = Σ<italic>uv</italic>∊<italic>E</italic>(<italic>G</italic>) (<italic>ε</italic> (<italic>u</italic>) + <italic>ε</italic> (<italic>ν</italic>)) <italic>and M</italic>4 (<italic>G</italic>) = Σ<italic>ν</italic>∊<italic>V</italic>(<italic>G</italic>)<italic>ε</italic> (<italic>ν</italic>)2, respectively, where <italic>ε</italic> (<italic>ν</italic>)is the eccentricity of the vertex <italic>ν</italic>. In this paper, we compute the closed formula for third Zagreb index of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH<italic>k</italic>).</abstract>
