<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>Physical training, a component of the sports training aims, besides the development of morphological and functional indexes of the body and mastering a rich system of motor skills and capabilities, the development and improvement of the basic motor qualities at high performance parameters. Most motor activities require the endowment of athletes with possibilities to make intensive efforts in a very short period of time. Therefore, the issue that is focusing on the study of this field is very important for achieving the targeted performance.</p></abstract>
