<p>Biorąc pod uwagę ogromny postęp techniczny i nauk medycznych pozwalający nie tylko na ratowanie życia, ale także jego jakości, przedstawiono w pracy rolę perinatalnej kardiologii w ramach opieki medycznej nad kobietą ciężarną. Omówiono postępowanie w okresie pre- i perinatalnym z punktu widzenia wczesnego rozpoznania i wczesnego leczenia. Omówiono również wyniki tego postępowania.</p>
