<abstract xml:lang="en" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>A theorem on the law of large numbers for the estimator of the mean weighted first (initial) moment of the joint distribution of independent random variables is proved. The conditions for statistical stability of this moment and consistency of its mean weighted estimator are established.</p></abstract>
