<p>European Baseline Series (EBS) of haptens (contact allergens) is used throughout Europe, containing patch tests essential for the diagnosis of contact allergy (Tables I and II) [1]. Exposure to environmental allergens is constantly evolving and the EBS must be adapted accordingly in order to guarantee its relevance of the molecules tested, in particular by the addition of emerging allergens [1].</p>
