<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p>A male of <italic>Chromatomyia aizoon</italic> (Hering, 1932) (Diptera: Agromyzidae) was reared from a leaf mine at <italic>Saxifraga paniculata</italic> collected in Štramberk (Northern Moravia, Czech Republic). Partial sequence of the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI barcode region, 658 bp) is also provided.</p></abstract>
