<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">We prove that given any closed 3-manifold <italic>M</italic>3, there is an A-flow <italic>f</italic><italic>t</italic> on <italic>M</italic>3 such that the non-wandering set <italic>NW</italic> (<italic>f</italic><italic>t</italic>) consists of 2-dimensional non-orientable expanding attractor and trivial basic sets.</abstract>

We prove that given any closed 3-manifold M3, there is an A-flow ft on M3 such that the non-wandering set NW (ft) consists of 2-dimensional non-orientable expanding attractor and trivial basic sets.
