<p>With the arrival of the Internet era, the construction of digital government has been deepening, which promotes the continuous updating and development of governmental new media. This study explores the support role of government new media, explores the trust mechanism of government new media from the perspective of its credibility, and proposes a creation strategy based on the trust generation model. Considering the diverse needs of users, a governmental new media matrix platform has been established to increase the interactive effect with the public and to explore the communication innovation path of government new media.
