<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p> The theme of improvement thermal proprieties of external cladding according to the New EU Directive is still a hot topic, which needs to be answered necessarily till December 2020. Maintenance and repair of existing ETICS became to also an actual open theme in search solutions for existing constructions. The aim of the research in this review is to analyze influence of layers the alternative thermal materials in technology “double thermal insulation”. Humidity and temperature conditions will be further examined in connection with the development and colonization of microorganisms on surface construction.</p></abstract>
