<abstract xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><p> Starting with the first issue of 2013, the Romanian Review of Laboratory Medicine has implemented a new editorial and publishing system. By this editorial, we try to clarify to all the readers and authors the major changes and their outcome in the journal’s evolution. Thus, we present details related to the current internal organization of the editorial board and the editorial workflow of the submitted manuscripts.</p></abstract>
