To be acceptable for publication, the paper must be significant, original and correct. High quality review papers of interest to a wide range of scientists in mathematics and its applications are equally welcome.

Submission to this journal proceeds totally on-line, and the author is guided stepwise through the procedure. To complete the submission successfully, the author is required to choose one of the Editors whose areas fit as closely as possible with the topic of the paper to handle the paper.
