Selected Scientific Papers – Journal of Civil Engineering publishes all articles as open access, and free of charge. The journal permits the readers of the published scientific and academic works to download the works and use them following publishing ethics, giving the credits to the original authors, and according to Copyrights policy.

By signing the Copyright License Agreement, the author of the article grants the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Technical University of Košice, Slovakia, the exclusive license for the commercial and noncommercial use of the article according to terms set by the Copyright License Agreement.
