The final decision upon your manuscript rests to the editor. The journal is responsible for smooth process of reviewing. We try to follow the policy of first in first out.The editorial board allows authors to publish one manuscript per a volume (exceptionally two).

The journal does not have article processing charges (APCs) nor article submission charges.
