Open Access Statement

This is an open access journal that provides free, immediate, and unrestricted online access to all its published content for readers around the world.

Payments

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

With regard to the above it is necessary for the journal to charge the APC (Article Processing Charge) fee from authors who submit texts for publication - due within 30 days of accepting an article for publication (by an e-mail notification).
It is a flat-rate charge for editorial and technical work related to preparation, publishing and maintaining the article on the website of the journal. It also partially covers the costs related to proofreading and assigning the DOI number.
The fee is non-refundable, also in the case of withdrawal of the article by the author or rejection by the editors after accepting an article for publication. The lack of due diligence or the author's delay in the process of preparing the article for publication may result in rejection of the article and loss of payment.

1. We do not provide services to natural persons who do not conduct business activity (outside Poland).
2. Provision of services to business clients from countries other than Poland:

a) European Union countries - payments are accepted only from foreign contractors registered in the VIES system (VAT Information and Exchange System).
b) Other countries - payments are accepted only from foreign business contractors: a legal person, an organizational unit without legal personality, a natural person who independently conducts business activity.

* - discount for TNN members attending the annual TNN conference.
