Peer Review Policy
All Papers and Notes in this journal have undergone anonymous double-blind review by at least two referees. Double-blind peer review means the identity of both the author and reviewers is kept hidden. This means that author(s) does not know the identities of the reviewers nor the reviewers know the identity of the author(s). Average time for the revision decision is 40 days.

Article Processing Charges (APC) Information
APC per paper published: 925,00 EUR
Local VAT or Sales Tax will be added if applicable.
The APC fee should be paid based on received Pro forma invoice which is issued to authors after Editor accepts the article (e.g. Pro forma invoice will be issued and sent to authors after the acceptance letter).
Authors pay a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of peer review administration and management, professional production of articles in PDF and other formats, and dissemination of published papers in various venues, in addition to other publishing functions. Please note that the option to process an advance payment remains but does not guarantee acceptance of manuscripts. There are no charges for rejected articles, no submission charges, and no surcharges based on the length of an article, figures or supplementary data. Some items (Editorials, Corrections, Addendums, Retractions, Comments, etc.) are published free of charge.
