All manuscripts submitted to the IJCSS are assumed to be submitted under the Open Access publishing model. In this publishing model, papers are peer-reviewed in the normal way under editorial control. When a paper is accepted for publication the author is issued with an invoice for payment of an article publishing charge (see payment details below) before their paper can progress any further.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

320 Euro

Article Publishing Charges (APCs) can be payed via PayPal and bank transfer.

APCs cover the following:

• The editorial procedure, including administration related to peer review, author revisions, and final decision-making. IJCSS employs in-house staff to manage the majority of this process, leaving editorial board members to make key scientific decisions and allowing them to concentrate on their research.
• Article editing: type-setting, formatting, and production in PDF formats.
• Article hosting and dissemination: website maintenance, contact with indexing databases.
• Journal administration: including managing the journal website and editorial board, and promotion of the journal among the research community.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 License. Authors who publish with this journal agree to the terms of the above-mentioned CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license
