Manuscript submission

Manuscripts should be submitted by one of the authors of the manuscript through the online manuscript submission system available at https://bipi.tuiasi.ro/ca.
Submissions by anyone other than one of the authors will not be accepted. Submitted manuscripts must be completely blinded. This means that no authors’ names and/or affiliations (including university and/or specific program titles) may appear anywhere within the manuscript.

Open Access Statement

Bulletin of the Polytechnic Institute of Iași. Construction. Architecture Section (BIPCA) provides immediate open access to published content in support of the idea that free access to research helps support the exchange of knowledge and ideas. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of the articles or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. All articles will be published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) which permits use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided that the Contribution is properly cited, the use is non-commercial and no modifications or adaptations are made. In order to lower barriers to publication for authors, BIPCA does not charge any form of author fees.
