Cultural institutions aim to preserve and promote traditional culture through information and educational activities. Starting from the organizational change – seen as a transitional stage in performance improvement – this paper aims to approach the cultural institution through the theory of marginal gains that can provide a starting point in the processes of sustainable improvement of institutional performance.
