Study methodology. Newcastle disease virus (NDV) RNA preservation using various methods (Flinders Technology Associates (FTA) cards, RNASound cards and RNAstable tubes) across temperatures (–80°C, –20°C, 4°C, 25°C and 56°C) and incubation periods (1, 7, 14, 28 and 35 d).
