The concept of propaganda acts systematically in support of a doctrine, in order to persuade a large mass of individuals. It is generally associated with a negative action, considered to be reprehensible, and this is the consequence of the attempts that various totalitarian regimes have manifested abusively. Basically, propaganda is a conscious communication act with a political and revolutionary character representing a strategy of social influence. The element of difference is misinformation. Thus, this concept can be one of integration and consolidation of the society or, on the contrary, it can be a factor of agitation.</abstract>

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>The fixed point theory is essential to various theoretical and applied fields, such as variational and linear inequalities, the approximation theory, nonlinear analysis, integral and differential equations and inclusions, the dynamic systems theory, mathematics of fractals, mathematical economics (game theory, equilibrium problems, and optimisation problems) and mathematical modelling. This paper presents a few benchmarks regarding the applications of the fixed point theory. This paper also debates if the results of the fixed point theory can be applied to the mathematical modelling of quality.</abstract>

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title> Migration has existed since the beginning of mankind. The phenomenon has not been ceased in time, but it has changed and acquired new forms. Migration processes are conducted simultaneously and they are increasing in many countries. One of the long term results of this development could be the emergence of multicultural societies, tending towards new concepts of citizenship or national state. Most of the developed countries have become diversified and multiethnic societies, and those who have not reached this level yet, have turned decisively in this direction. The social consequences of migration are as important as its influence on the economy. The regulation of the migration processes supposes the application of legal, administrative and socio-economic measures that are aimed to stimulate or limit the migration of population in or from the country, to ensure the respect of the migrants’ rights, to fight against both the illegal migration and illicit trafficking in human beings.</abstract>

Threats and Risks Generated by Illegal Migration Flows and Their Control

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title> Leisure sport activities have an important role inmaintaining health and physical fitness at adults, but also being more and more used for different other reasons like socialization, communication, making new friends and relationships, self-image, challenge etc. Our study focused on finding the main necessities of adults regarding leisure sport activities, discovering the real reasons of practicing sport activities in their free time. So, using the questionnaire method, we asked 204 adults of their real necessities regarding leisure sport activities and why they practice specific sports in their free time. The results showed that different sports are practiced for different necessities, so the practitioners of volleyball game highlighted the necessities of socialization and communication, the football practitioners had chosen movement and competition necessities as main reasons for practicing sport, basketball players elected affiliation and maintain health necessities as primordial, fitness or gym practitioners affirmed that main reasons for practicing sport activities are self-image and satisfaction necessities. The conclusions of the study were that indifferent of the sport that is practiced, leisure sport activities contributes in fulfilling the adult necessities and is an important way of maintain physical, social and psychological progress</abstract>

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title>The article highlights the importance of the systems on board the NATO E-3A platform and how they influence the mission and work of the aircrew. The E-3A is an Airborne Early Warning &amp; Control (AEW&amp;C) system designed to provide early warning information to battle managers through surveillance of airborne and maritime objects, and to provide aircraft control capabilities. Even though the system is integrated on the old airframe of Boeing 707, in the past 35 years there have been numerous upgrades. The biggest upgrade of them all is the conversion of the entire fleet of aircraft to the NATO Mid-Term (NMT) configuration and then to “glass cockpit”. Now, the fleet is embarking upon a final modernization effort to extend its service life to 2035.</abstract>

Currently, there is a growing interest in sustainability and sustainable development and their implications for organisations and management around the world. The aim of this paper is to identify areas of interest and highlight key aspects of sustainability trends and dynamics, which were identified through searches on Google Trends and Web of Science (WoS). Analysis of the categories in WOS reveals the multidisciplinary nature of sustainability research, with a predominant focus on environmental challenges. There is also identified significant attention for technology and engineering, as well as notable research in management, economics, and business. In the context of sustainability concerns, organizations should not only adapt but also transform to address pressing issues. It is imperative that every organization integrates sustainability at its core. This requires aligning values, strategy, goals, objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and initiatives/projects with sustainability. Achieving this is a complex process that also requires changes at the macro level. Regulations and governments play a central role in promoting corporate responsibility and accountability for sustainability initiatives. Moreover, education for sustainable development (ESD) can be a powerful tool in shaping behaviour and fostering a mindset and a culture of sustainability.

Key military strategies such as contingency planning, rapid deployment, and adaptive leadership are discussed. Hence providing practical strategies for their integration into civilian operations and considering the challenges. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of adaptive leadership in navigating crises, offering a new lens for future research within the realms of national security and economic stability. International military relations are complexly determined by the strategic and political framework of cooperation, and by the dynamics of diplomatic relations within the volatile geostrategic and geopolitical context, with relevance and impact at the regional, European, and trans-Atlantic levels. In this context, the present paperwork aims to disseminate the most efficient methods and tools through which the military higher education institutions can contribute to the enrichment of international military cooperation policies, directly by stimulating the academic process of internationalization, which is extremely beneficial for promoting higher standards in the harmonized training of military personnel, in line with the updated technical, technological, and operational requirements at the European and international levels. For this purpose, the authors have considered the present importance of the Internationalization process of the Higher Education System, aiming to offer a strategic instrument for conceiving an operational framework in designing the qualitative and quantitative expressions of international actions, as part of the institutional strategic plan and medium and long run perspectives. The article represents in fact, the first step toward a wider research, where the authors are aiming to identify the way in which the internationalization process can bring a competitive advantage on the academic services sector. The examples are brought from the Military Higher Education System, where the academic, training and research services are connected to a higher level of international affairs and diplomacy, the present paperwork configuring the prior analysis of how the internationalization strategy could became a strong vector for international cooperation process.

The war carried out in extreme conditions requires exceptional training involving a degree of difficulty far above most situations encountered on the battlefield, because, on the one hand, the fighter performs missions in conditions totally different from those of a classic warfare and, on the other on the other hand, he must face special physical and mental demands. In order to be able to meet all the demands imposed by the hardness and complexity of these areas of action, it is necessary for the fighters who act in such environments to have a versatile training. Along with the intellectual, technical, tactical and psychological training, the physical component of the training plays a basic role, which in my opinion constitutes a pivot of all the other components of the training. In the paper, along with the demands and rigors of extreme environments, there are presented a series of benefits of an exceptional physical training which, by ensuring a solid motor capacity, also ensures a part of the mental preparation for the fight, elements that are the basis of the training and consolidation of specific combat aptitudes and skills.

Looked at from the network of ties existent in a social online environment, identity is tailored by each individual representation in virtual encounters. This representation is provided by the users’ profiles while the posts used are enriched and shared account for the visual representation of alterity. The present paper looks at how impression management and personal branding are developed in the social network environment in a desire to complete personal characteristics that reality did not grant. The exposure of the news offered by the main media channels allows the analysis of the concept of hybrid warfare to be concentrated and its comparison with the traditional strategic conception, in order to determine if the activities in question can be classified in this type of conflict. Information warfare and related components such as cyber warfare, electronic warfare and more, are becoming increasingly complex and can be used both defensively and offensively in the current security context offered by the national media.</abstract>

Informative Combat of the Russian Hybrid War

<abstract><title style='display:none'>Abstract</title> The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in teaching and learning foreign languages has risen sharply among the educational community. Teachers access and implement innovations without always realizing their full implications for them and their students. However, this is not necessarily a negative thing, because if no one used innovations, little progresses would be made and there would be nothing to evaluate. The article presents certain features of ICT that can be used to good advantage in a rich learning environment, and the use of video as an ICT tool in the foreign language class. The paper also discusses the role of the teacher in implementing technologies and we argue that it is the teacher, not the technology who determines the quality of the learning and teaching. There are people who are afraid that the teacher’s role would be compromised if we integrate information communication technologies in education; however we militate for a ‘techno-humanistic’ system, in which teachers, learners and technology would form a lasting meaningful alliance.</abstract>
