The paper presents the results of research related to one of the problems identified in the previous work, which included the analysis of selected elements of the concept of reliability of action description in the systems of action engineering developed by Józef Konieczny. The aim of this study is to analyse the possibility of using the praxiological classification of results in a partially formalised description of the reliability of action. In the first stage of considerations, observations were made regarding the description of the reliability of actions presented as isolated simple chains of action. In the second stage, the observations related to the description of the reliability of actions under the conditions of direct supporting were made.
