Research on the Path of Enterprise Economic Management Informatization Construction in Digital Economy Environment

Introduction

Since the 21st century, China’s economy is transforming into a digital economy. Digital China in the infrastructure, production factors, production, lifestyle, etc., showed with the traditional economic and social development is obviously different characteristics and laws, embedded in the innovative, intelligent to original enterprise economic management brings new challenges [13]. With the development of information technology, enterprise economic management and information technology, the use of software systems through information technology means of enterprise economic management has become the current trend of enterprise economic management [45]. Through information technology means of economic management, enhancing the level of informationization of enterprise economic management not only can save the manpower and material resources in the economic management work but also can promote the digital transformation of economic management work to achieve the economic management of the whole industry coverage [69]. However, at present, there are still many enterprises, due to their low level of informatization or old economic management methods, who have not yet realized economic management informatization in economic management. The level of economic management of some enterprises still stays in the degree of manual organization of EXCEL, which leads to the economic management personnel need to be responsible for a large number of basic data, management efficiency is low, and it is easy to account for inconsistencies, difficult to trace back and other problems, which leads to the enterprise’s economic mismanagement and loss of assets [1014]. Therefore, in the digital economic environment, enterprises need to reform their economic management mode, the use of information technology and digital technology, combined with the enterprise’s reality, the original economic management system for the transformation of information technology, so as to promote the realization of the digital transformation of the enterprise’s economic management, so as to let the economic management work to play a role in the effectiveness of the economy, to achieve the efficient operation of the economy, and to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises [1519].

This study puts forward the path of enterprise economic management informatization construction which focuses on improving the economic management system, improving the internal management level, and applying the ERP management system, and discusses the role of ERP in enterprise economic management informatization construction. In order to meet the needs of enterprises and even industries to understand the evaluation level of economic management informatization construction, an evaluation model of enterprise economic management informatization construction is built. The set of evaluation factors is determined, the solution process is simplified, the AHP method is used to determine the weights, the fuzzy evaluation matrix is established, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. At the same time, the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method fsQCA with fuzzy mathematics and Boolean algebra as the basic operation principle of the data is proposed to set up the selection of cases and variable measurements, complete the variable calibration, and carry out the necessity test of the conditional variables and other methodological process steps. Taking the real estate enterprises in Henan Province of China as an example, using the AHP - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method proposed in this paper to analyze the performance of enterprise economic management informationization construction.

In the era of the digital economy, the modern enterprise economic management mode standardization degree continues to improve. Enterprise economic management informatization has a positive significance for the promotion of enterprise development. This paper analyzes the path of further strengthening the construction of enterprise economic management informatization from the economic management system, internal management level, and the application of ERP management system, hoping to provide a reference for the standardization of enterprise management and promote the reform and development of enterprise economic management mode.

Improve the economic management system

Enterprises must re-examine the economic management model to explore how its market economy is not adapted to, be updated, adjusted through the strengthening and improvement of the management model, and gradually establish an economic management system to keep pace with the times, closely follow the times of development and progress, to safeguard the enterprise’s market economy status while seeking ways and means to further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.

Improve internal management level

Division of labor within the enterprise, special post commissioner, in order to promote staff efforts to do their jobs. The development of process-oriented work implementation rules clear workflow, allowing employees to clearly understand their work responsibilities, methods, and so on. Managers should also do a good job of day-to-day supervision and management, although most of the work of the enterprise in the information age can be completed through the instrument, which improves the speed of enterprise development.

Application of ERP management system [20]

ERP system is a set of materials, funds, and information in one of the management systems. The system can integrate enterprise resources and promote the development of enterprise economic management informationization.

The role of ERP in the construction of enterprise economic management informationization

In the above paper, this paper presents the path of enterprise economic management informatization construction by applying ERP management system, an indispensable part of economic management informatization construction. This section further introduces the role of ERP in enterprise economic management informationization construction.

The original definition of ERP is to break the four walls of the enterprise and realize the integration of internal and external information to manage the whole supply and demand chain. After continuous development and innovation, at present, ERP refers to a management platform that is built on the basis of information technology and provides decision-making operation means for the decision-making layer and employees of the enterprise with systematic management ideas.

The first stage of the development of ERP is MRP. Material Resource Planning is a planning method that can better ensure that there is neither shortage nor backlog of inventory and solves the problem of integrating the information of supply and demand of enterprise materials. Subsequently, MRP II came into being, which is a new contribution to the cost accumulation. ERP is developed on the basis of MRP II through the continuous integration of modern management thinking and technology to improve their own, to improve the adaptability of the system; established on the Internet, intranet-based network system, effectively combining people, money, materials, information, etc., to play the overall information system with the significant advantages. In summary, the ERP system is an ERP enterprise management concept on the highly integrated computer information system to help enterprises achieve automation of the new enterprise management model.

ERP has an important role in the development of enterprises, can significantly improve the level of financial and material management, in financial management, can reduce the existing capital consumption, and accelerate the rate of capital turnover while strengthening the management of receivables and payables; in material management effectively reduce the inventory of raw materials and spare parts, in order to achieve “zero inventory” of the ideal state, while reducing production costs. Ideal state, while reducing production costs, the purpose of ERP implementation at the same time, including maximizing the reduction of time costs so that it is close to or lower than the socially necessary labor time, and ultimately achieve the maximization of the economic benefits of enterprises.

Evaluation model of enterprise economic management informationization construction

In the previous chapter, this paper puts forward the path and strategy of enterprise economic management informatization construction to improve the economic management system, improve the internal management level, and apply the ERP management system. Before and after carrying out the construction of enterprise economic management informationization, enterprises need to understand the evaluation level of their economic management informationization construction so as to adjust the construction of economic management informationization on the basis of this guide and to realize the efficient docking of problem discovery and countermeasure formulation. Based on this, this paper will build an evaluation model of enterprise economic management informatization construction, set up a corresponding evaluation index system, and put forward the AHP - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method as the evaluation method of enterprise economic management informatization construction.

Evaluation index system of enterprise economic management informatization construction

The first step in constructing the evaluation model of enterprise economic management informatization construction is to determine the set of evaluation factors U. AHP - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

After forming the index system of enterprise economic management informatization construction, it is necessary to carry out a performance assessment based on the index system. Performance evaluation is a complex subject determined by many factors, including 2 steps of indicator empowerment and comprehensive evaluation. In this paper, on the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of enterprise economic management informatization construction, firstly, the AHP method is used to determine the weights of indicators at all levels of the informatization construction evaluation index system, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to carry out a comprehensive assessment [21].

AHP method for determining weights

Establishment of hierarchical structure. According to the informationization construction evaluation index system, it contains the target layer, the first-level index layer, and the second-level index layer from top to bottom.

Quantitatively establish the judgment matrix. Since different indicators have different degrees of contribution to the target layer and the relative significance of different indicators needs to be measured, 10 experts are invited to score the established indicator system several times using the l~9-point scale method, and the scoring results are used to construct the judgment matrix A.

Calculate the weight of each indicator. The essence is to use linear algebra theory to find the maximum eigenvalue λmax and eigenvector Q in the judgment matrix: AQ=λmaxQ

Consistency judgment. Logical errors may occur when comparing pairs, so it is necessary to calculate the consistency indicator CI and consistency ratio CR : CI=λmaxnn1 CR=CIRI

Where n is the number of indicators, the larger the CI, the more serious the degree of inconsistency. RI is used to judge whether the result is reasonable or not.

If CR < 0.1, the eigenvectors of A can be used to carry out the calculation of the weight vector; if CR ≥ 0.1, the judgment matrix A should be considered for correction.

Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation Model

The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is as follows [22].

Determine the factor set. According to the index system constructed earlier, establish the factor set U for the evaluation of enterprise economic management informatization construction.

Determine the rubric set. In this paper, the rubric set of the evaluation index system of the collection of informationization construction is recorded as V Considering the consequences of the impact. The assessment level is divided into V = {V1,V2,V3,V4} = {poor, general, good, excellent}.

Determine the weight set λ. Determine the comprehensive weight of each index according to the AHP method in the previous paper, which is expressed as θ = (θ1,θ2,⋯,θm).

Establish a fuzzy evaluation matrix. Construct the expert fuzzy evaluation table and invite relevant experts to make judgments on the rubrics of each index.

Through the recovered fuzzy assessment table, the affiliation degree of single factor to each rubric set V is calculated, and the judgmental transversal quantity of single factor Ui is Ri = (ri1,ri2,⋯,ri5), rij indicates the frequency distribution of the i th factor Ui on the j th rubric Vj, and the affiliation matrix R is formed according to the affiliation degree of the index.

Construct a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model. The fuzzy comprehensive assessment model is obtained by matrix multiplication and addition, and the specific calculation steps are as follows.

First, according to the affiliation degree of the second-level indicators, the fuzzy evaluation matrix of the second-level indicators is obtained as follows: RB=(r11r15rm1rm5)

Second, the affiliation degree of the first-level indicator is calculated based on the calculated fuzzy matrix of the second-level indicator with the following formula: XB=θC×RB

Where θC is the weight vector of the second-level indicators corresponding to the first-level indicators, RB is the second-level fuzzy matrix, and XB is the affiliation degree of the first-level indicators. The fuzzy matrix of the first-level indicators can be derived by synthesizing the affiliation degree of the first-level indicators RA.

Third, the synthesis operation of the target level is carried out to get the final evaluation results. The fuzzy matrix of the first-level indicator RA is multiplied with the weight of the first-level indicator corresponding to the target layer θB to get the affiliation degree of the target layer XA, and the specific formula is as follows: XA=θBRA=(θB1,θB2,θB3,θB4,θB5)×(r11r15r51r55)=r1,r2,,r5

The affiliation degree XA = (r1,ri2,⋯,r5) of the target layer is normalized, and according to the principle of maximum affiliation, i.e., the evaluation object belongs to the r nd level, and the rubric level Vr, is the final fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result.

Qualitative Comparative Analysis Methods for Fuzzy Sets
Methodological choices

Causality analysis where both antecedent conditions and outcome variables are dichotomous variables uses csQCA, causality analysis where the variables are multivalued uses mvQCA, and fsQCA combines the advantages of csQCA and mvQCA, which can analyze the problems of category, degree of change, or partial affiliation, and proposes fuzzy set qualitative comparative analyzer fsQCA.

Introduction to the Methodology

Fuzzy set QCA (fsQCA) proposed on the basis of clear set QCA (csQCA) extends the assignment of variables, which have different degrees of affiliation in the set. fsQCA uses fuzzy mathematics and Boolean algebra as the basic arithmetic principle of the data and analyzes the grouping relationship of multiple antecedent variables through the set [23]. fsQCA can analyze the continuous variables, and through the method of calibrating the degree of affiliation of the variables are calibrated to convert their values to continuous values between 0 and 1. The traditional QCA method has the defect of difficulty in retaining the integrity of variable information, and the proposed fsQCA can effectively make up for this shortcoming. fsQCA has the comprehensive advantages of both qualitative and quantitative analysis and has gradually become the mainstream of the qualitative comparative analysis method. fsQCA has begun to be applied to the study of green total factor productivity, such as exploring the growth path of green total factor productivity in agriculture and the model of green total factor productivity improvement in the manufacturing industry. The procedure of applying fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) in this paper consists of seven steps.

Case selection and variable measurement, selecting the case to be studied, antecedent variables, and outcome variables according to the research questions, and collecting the corresponding data.

Variable calibration, based on the theory and the characteristics of the case itself, the collected data are calibrated, i.e., the process of assigning a set of affiliation scores, determining the anchors of each variable according to the selected calibration method, and transforming the collected raw data of antecedent and outcome variables into affiliation scores between 0 and 1.

Conditional variable necessity test: after calibrating the variables, the necessity test is performed on the conditional variables, and the consistency value of the conditional variables should be less than 0.9.

Constructing the truth table, constructing the truth table with the help of fsQCA3.0 software, setting the thresholds of case frequency, PRI consistency level, and consistency level, and sifting out the condition combinations that do not meet the requirements of the thresholds.

Analyze the truth table with the help of fsQCA3.0 software the perfected truth table, the software will get three kinds of solutions: complex solution, intermediate solution, and parsimonious solution, of which the intermediate solution is moderate in complexity, the result of the combination of conditions is more universal, and it is the optimal solution for the interpretation of causality.

Analyze the results for the conditional combination combined with the case itself and related literature for interpretation.

Robustness test, commonly used robustness test methods, such as adjusting the calibration threshold, the frequency of cases, and the consistency threshold value to test the robustness of the results.

Evaluation of enterprise economic management informationization construction

This chapter will take the real estate enterprises in Henan Province, China, as an example and use the AHP - Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method and Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis Method proposed in the above article to evaluate and analyze the construction of economic management informatization of the target enterprises, and to explore their performance evaluation in carrying out the enterprise’s economic management informatization.

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis

Firstly, based on the scoring results of the experts’ evaluation of enterprise economic management informatization construction, the single-factor affiliation degree was established, as shown in Table 2. Based on the evaluation index system of enterprise economic management informatization construction proposed above, the degree of affiliation of each second-level index on the four assessment levels of poor, average, good, and excellent is calculated, respectively.

Based on the single-factor affiliation data, the comprehensive evaluation results of the target layer and criterion layer are calculated, as shown in Table 3. According to the principle of maximum affiliation, from the comprehensive evaluation results of the criterion layer, the enterprise economic management service, enterprise economic management mode, and enterprise economic management system all belong to poor grades. While enterprise economic management culture and enterprise economic management behavior are excellent grades, enterprise economic management propaganda is a general grade. This shows that in the economic management informationization construction of real estate enterprises in Henan Province, there are certain problems in economic management service, mode, and management system, which need to be studied and improved subsequently. From the comprehensive evaluation results of the target level, the performance of economic management informatization construction of real estate enterprises in Henan Province belongs to the excellent level.

Qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets

In this section, the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method fsQCA proposed in this paper will be used, and in accordance with the operational steps of the method, the group state analysis of the factors affecting the construction of enterprise economic management informatization will be carried out sequentially from the calibration of fuzzy sets, the analysis of necessary conditions, and the analysis of condition group state.

Calibrating fuzzy sets

Data calibration is a prerequisite for qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets. Three anchors have to be selected to structure the raw data so that the set, after calibration, lies between any of the values 0 and 1. In this paper, the variables are transformed into fuzzy sets using the direct calibration method (quantitative calibration), and the anchors are set for seven conditional variables and one outcome variable based on Fiss as well as Graykhammer’s research. This was done by setting the lower quartile (25%) of the variables as “not at all affiliated”, the upper quartile (75%) as “fully affiliated”, and its median (50%) as “intersection point.” All sample data were calibrated to the nearest thousandth, as shown in Table 4.

Analysis of Necessary Conditions

The next step in data calibration is to perform a necessary conditions analysis on the calibrated data, and the purpose of the necessary conditions analysis is to assess the extent to which a single conditional variable explains the outcome variable. In this paper, fsQCA3.0 software was chosen to analyze the consistency and coverage of the single conditional variables, and the calculation results are specifically shown in Table 6. The measurement criterion is that the larger the consistency value, the stronger the explanatory power of the outcome variable. Specifically, suppose the consistency rate of a single condition variable is more than 0.9. In that case, it means that the variable is necessary for the outcome variable and can explain the outcome variable alone. Suppose the rate of agreement of a single conditional variable is lower than 0.9. In that case, it proves that it cannot influence the outcome variable independently and needs to work together with other variables. As can be seen from the table, the agreement rates of the variables of enterprise economic management propaganda, enterprise economic management service, enterprise economic management mode, enterprise economic management culture, enterprise economic management system, and enterprise economic management behavior are 0.75, 0.68, 0.56, 0.77, 0.8, 0.67, respectively, all of which are lower than 0.9, indicating that there are no variables in these six variables that can individually affect the outcome variable of the Necessary conditions, can not explain the results independently, at the same time indicates the systematic and complexity of enterprise economic management informationization construction, individual factors are not enough to affect the performance of economic management informationization construction, need to play synergistic of many factors.

Conditional Configuration Analysis

The advantage of using the result path presentation form in this paper is that it reveals more clearly the level of importance of individual condition variables in the histogram. The symbol “●” indicates that the condition variable has a high value, which means that the condition exists. The symbol “◎” indicates that the condition variable has a low value, which means that the condition does not exist. The size of the symbol is used to distinguish the importance of the condition. A large circle indicates that the condition is a “core condition” in the configuration. A small circle indicates that the condition is a “marginal condition” in the configuration, and a blank space indicates that the condition has a negligible effect on the results. The performance of enterprise economic management informatization construction is presented in Table 7. It can be seen that the table presents four specific paths of high level performance of enterprise economic management informatization, and each column indicates a histogram path. The consistency data of the solution obtained by the study is 0.981, i.e., it indicates that up to 98.1% of the cases that satisfy these 4 histogram paths of enterprise economic management informatization construction show a high level of performance. The coverage of the solution derived from the study is 0.672, i.e., it shows that these 4 grouping paths can explain 67.2% of the cases of enterprise economic management informatization level. This proves that the results of this study are valid and have strong explanatory power.

Conclusion

Facing the increasing demand for informatization construction of enterprise economic management in the digital economy environment, this paper proposes the path and strategy of enterprise economic management informatization construction and establishes an evaluation model of enterprise economic management informatization to provide a means of enterprise economic management informatization performance assessment. The real estate enterprises in Henan Province, China, are used as the research sample to evaluate enterprise economic management informatization construction. In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis, based on the affiliation degree data, it can be learned that among the variables, enterprise economic management service, enterprise economic management mode, and enterprise economic management system belong to the poor grade, and enterprise economic management propaganda belongs to the general grade. The enterprise economic management culture and enterprise economic management behavior are all of excellent grades. In terms of the overall evaluation results at the target level, the economic management informatization construction performance of real estate enterprises in Henan Province belongs to the excellent level. In the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis, the six variables of enterprise economic management publicity, service, management mode, management culture, management system, and management behavior have a consistency rate of less than 0.9, respectively 0.75, 0.68, 0.56, 0.77, 0.8, 0.67, which indicates that the variables cannot independently affect the results of the enterprise economic management informationization performance, and the other variables need to play a role together. The other variables need to play a role together. Conditional group analysis of the consistency of the solution data 0.981, the solution coverage of 0.672, then prove the validity of the results of this paper.
